1. Overview

At Webelio Workspaces, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for bookings, memberships, and other services purchased through our platform.

2. On-Demand Booking Refunds

This applies to meeting rooms, podcast studios, and day pass bookings made through the platform.

Cancellation by User

  • More than 24 hours before booking time: Full refund of the booking amount.
  • Less than 24 hours before booking time: No refund will be issued.
  • No-show: If you fail to arrive for your booking, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Webelio Workspaces

If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (maintenance, emergencies, or operational issues), you will receive a full refund of the booking amount.

3. Membership Refunds

Monthly Rent

  • Membership rent payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.
  • If you wish to cancel your membership, a notice period applies as specified in your membership agreement.
  • Pro-rated charges apply for mid-month space additions. These charges are non-refundable.

Security Deposit

  • Security deposits are collected at the time of membership activation.
  • Upon membership exit or individual space exit, security deposit refunds are initiated.
  • Refund of the security deposit is processed after deducting any outstanding dues, damages, or penalties.
  • Security deposit refunds are typically processed within 30 business days of membership exit completion.

Addon Services

  • Pro-rated charges for mid-month addon additions are non-refundable.
  • Reductions in addon quantities take effect from the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current cycle.

4. Credit-Based Bookings

Community room bookings made using membership meeting credits do not involve monetary payment. Therefore, no monetary refund applies. Cancelled credit-based bookings will have the credits restored to your daily allowance.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • All refund amounts are exclusive of any payment gateway or transaction charges that may have been deducted by third-party payment processors.

6. Taxes on Refunds

GST (Goods and Services Tax) collected on the original transaction will be refunded proportionally along with the booking amount. A credit note will be issued for refunded transactions as per applicable tax regulations.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time
  • No-show bookings
  • Membership rent for the current billing cycle after it has commenced
  • Pro-rated charges for mid-cycle additions
  • Services already consumed or utilized

8. Disputes

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied or processed, you may raise a support ticket through your account dashboard or contact our support team. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
