By accessing or using Webelio Workspaces ("Service"), including our website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Webelio Workspaces provides a platform for discovering, booking, and managing coworking spaces across multiple locations. Our services include on-demand bookings (meeting rooms, day passes, podcast studios), subscription-based memberships (private cabins, dedicated desks, virtual offices), and related workspace management features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Bookings and Payments

On-Demand Bookings

  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are displayed at the time of booking and include applicable taxes (GST).
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Memberships

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring basis as per the agreed plan.
  • Security deposits may be required and are refundable as per the exit policy.
  • Notice periods apply for membership cancellations as specified in your membership agreement.
  • Meeting room credits included in memberships are subject to daily usage limits and same-day booking restrictions.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by booking type and are displayed at the time of booking.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided.

5. User Conduct

When using our Service and coworking spaces, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Respect other users and staff at coworking locations.
  • Not damage, misuse, or interfere with the facilities or equipment.
  • Not use the spaces for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Follow the specific rules and guidelines of each coworking location.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

6. Invoicing and Taxation

  • Invoices are generated automatically for all bookings and membership payments.
  • All prices are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian tax law.
  • For B2B transactions, you may provide your company's GST number for proper tax invoicing.
  • Invoices are available for download through your account dashboard.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Webelio Workspaces and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webelio Workspaces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service for your particular needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webelio Workspaces, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
